ত্যাগ থেকে ভোগের জন্ম। জীবন থেকে যেমন মৃত্যু। ত্যাগই সত্যিকারের ভোগ। পার্থিব ভোগ ত্যাগের ছায়া। আমরা যখন আলোর মাতুম দেখি তখন মূলত ছায়ার সাথে থাকি। প্রদীপ সেই ছায়ার শেকড়। প্রদীপও অন্য কোনো ত্যাগের ফসল। আসলে সৃষ্টির ইতিহাস মানে ত্যাগের ইতিহাস।
